Our goal? To help you improve the quality of your life and mental health!

How? Through a daily record of your moods and feeling, and the subsequent better understanding you'll have of yourself, thanks to the associated analytics. It's s easy as that :)

Daily Mood allows you to:

• register how you’re feeling at any given moment choosing among 7 different moods and more than 150 emotions (you can also add your custom ones!)

• track your daily activities

• add your own thoughts about each registered mood, and see them all in the "diary" section

• have insightful statistics in the "Year in Pixels" view (e.g. the mean mood associated with each emotion/activity, and how many times you registered a certain mood, or you felt a specific emotion/did a specific activity)

• know which activities often trigger specific emotions, thanks to the "Often together" section in the statistics

• have a visual intuitive representation of how were your days thanks to the color associated to the mean mood of the day (being able to choose among 8 different palettes for the colors of the moods!)

• easily add/modify/remove moods, emotions and activities of past days

• keep track of your life day count, to never forget how precious is everyone of them

• easily create backup files and import/export data, also in PDF!

• secure your data with a pin code to access the app
